Is this wig heat-friendly?
Yes ,our human-hair blend wigs are heat-friendly. For best results and to maintain the hair’s longevity, we recommend using low to medium heat.
If you want to curl for a bouncy finish, use up to 80% heat, and always confirm from the product details that the specific wig is suitable for heat styling.
For curly textures, maintain the curls using water and a light leave-in conditioner—no heavy products.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, we do not offer same-day delivery.
We dispatch orders only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Northern & Eastern states: 4 working days
• Lagos: 3 working days
• Ife, Ibadan, Ede, Akure, Ilorin, Ogbomosho and surrounding areas: 24–48 hours
During sales periods, delivery operates on a fixed schedule, and the timeframe will always be clearly communicated.
How long does the wig last?
With proper care, our human-hair blend wigs can last 6 months to over a year.
Longevity depends on how often you wear it, how you maintain it, and using the correct products recommended for blends.
Can I dye or colour the wig?
Human-hair blends generally do not lift well with bleaching or permanent dyes.
We do not recommend colouring, bleaching, or applying harsh chemicals, as this may damage the fibres and reduce the lifespan of the wig.
If you prefer a coloured look, we advise choosing from our ready-made coloured options.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns only within 24 hours of receiving your order, and only in cases where there was an error in the item sent.
A return is not accepted for change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction after use.
To qualify for a return, the wig must be in the exact same condition as received,no styling, brushing, cutting, washing, or any form of alteration.
For approved return cases:
• Customers within Lagos: A rider will be arranged to pick up the package from you.
• Customers outside Lagos: We will send you our return delivery details for you to ship the item back to us.
Please contact us within 24 hours with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos/video of the item received.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement for the correct item.
Please note that we offer product replacement only, not monetary refunds.
